1.1.1. Medial-group, which carry out the processing of personal data, and defines the purpose of processing of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.



1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).



1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.



1.1.4 "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person granted access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.



1.1.5 "Medial-group Website" is a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): medial-group.com, as well as its sub-domains.



1.1.6. "Subdomains" are the pages or the totality of pages, located on the third-level domains, belonging to medial-group, as well as other temporary pages, under which the contact information of the Administration is indicated



1.1.5 "medial-group User" (the "User") is a person who accesses the medial-group website, via the Internet, and uses information, materials and products of medial-group



1.1.7. "Cookies" - are small data fragments, sent by web-server and stored on user's computer, which web-client or web-browser sends to web-server in HTTP-request each time they try to open the page of respective website.



1.1.8. "IP-address" is a unique network address of a node in a computer network, through which the User gets access to a particular site.



2 General provisions



2.1 Use of medial-group website by User means consent to this Privacy Policy and terms of processing of personal data of the User.



2.2 If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the medial-group website.



2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to medial-group website. medial-group has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any third-party sites to which you may link through the links available on medial-group.



2.4 Administration does not check the accuracy of personal information provided by the User.



3. Subject of privacy policy



3.1 This Privacy Policy states the obligations of the Administration on nondisclosure and protection of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration upon registration on the medial-group website, or upon subscription to an e-mail newsletter.



3.2 Personal information, allowed to be processed under this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling out the forms on the medial-group website, and includes the following information

3.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic of the User;

3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;

3.2.3. electronic mail address (e-mail); 3.3.



3.3. medial-group protects the Data, which is automatically transmitted when you visit the pages:

- IP address;

- cookies information;

- browser information

- access time;



3.3.1 Disabling cookies may prevent access to parts of the site requiring authorization.



3.3.2. medial-group collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, detect and resolve technical problems.



3.4 Any other personal information not stipulated above (history of visits, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) shall be stored securely and not disclosed, except as provided in p.p.5.2. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.



4. Purposes of collection of user's personal information

4.1 Personal data of the User can be used by the Administration for the purposes of:

4.1.1 Identification of User, registered on the medial-group website for his further authorization.

4.1.2 Providing the User access to personalized data on the medial-group website.

4.1.3. contacting you, including sending notices and requests regarding your use of medial-group, processing requests and applications from you.

4.1.4. determining the location of the User for security purposes, fraud prevention.

4.1.5 Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal information provided by the User.

4.1.6. creating an account to use parts of the medial-group Website, if the User has given his consent to the creation of an account.

4.1.7. notifying User by e-mail.

4.1.8. provide effective technical support to User in case of problems associated with the use of medial-group.

4.1.9. by providing special offers, newsletters and other information on behalf of the medial-group website.



5. Methods and terms of processing of personal information



5.1 Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of time, by any legal means, including information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.



5.2 Personal data of the User may be transferred to authorized public authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.



5.3 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration shall be entitled not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.



5.4. the Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures for protection of personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.



5.5 The Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal information.



6. Rights and liabilities of the parties



6.1 The User shall be entitled to:



6.1.1 Make a free decision to provide their personal data necessary to use the medial-group website, and give consent to their processing.



6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in such information.



6.1.3. the User is entitled to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, if such right is not limited by the laws. The User shall be entitled to demand from the Administration to clarify its personal data, block or destroy them if personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take statutory measures to protect its rights. For this purpose, it is sufficient to notify the Administration at the specified E-mail address.



6.2 The Administration shall be obliged to:



6.2.1 Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.



6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, refrain from disclosure without prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other ways the personal data of the User, except for items 5.2 of this Privacy Policy. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.



6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.



6.2.4 To perform blocking of personal data, related to the relevant User, from the moment of application or request of the User, or its legal representative, or authorized body on protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful acts.



Responsibility of the parties



7.1 The administration which has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable for any losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.



7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

7.2.1. Was in the public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.

7.2.3. was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3 The User is fully responsible for compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, on protection of copyright and related rights, on protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.



7.4 The User acknowledges that any information (including, but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.), to which they may have access as part of the medial-group website, is the responsibility of the person who provided such information.



7.5 The User agrees that the information made available to them, as part of medial-group, may be an item of intellectual property, the rights to which are reserved and belong to other users, partners or advertisers who are posting such information on medial-group.

The User shall not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on such Content (in whole or in part), unless such actions have been expressly allowed in writing by the owners of such Content under the terms of a separate agreement.



7.6 The text materials (articles, publications, publicly available on the medial-group website) may be distributed upon condition that there is a link to medial-group.



7.7 The administration is not liable to the User for any loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of the removal, failure or inability to store any Content or other communication data contained on the medial-group, or transmitted through it.



7.8. Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, resulting from: the use or inability to use the site, or certain services; unauthorized access to communications of the User; statements or behavior of any third party on the site.



7.9. Administration is not responsible for any information posted by users on the website medial-group, including, but not limited to: information protected by copyright, without the express consent of the copyright owner.



8. Resolution of Disputes



8.1 Before going to court to resolve disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (written offer or proposal in electronic format for voluntary settlement of a dispute).



8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of consideration of the claim in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days after receipt of the claim.



8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in Almaty. 8.4.



8.4 The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be applied to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration.



9. Additional Terms



9.1. Administration reserves the right to make changes in this Privacy Policy without User's consent.



9.2. New Privacy Policy shall come into effect upon its posting on the medial-group website, unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy version.
